An allowance is a usage allowance: it is not money, it is not stored value, it cannot be cashed out or transferred, and it does not carry into the next month. How the allowance works
Each plan comes with a monthly allowance of credits. Credits are units of service usage and nothing else — they are not money, not stored value, not redeemable for cash and not transferable. Unused allowance does not carry into the next period.
There are no credit packs and no top-ups. If you run out before the month is up, the options are to move up a tier or to wait. We would rather sell you the right plan than sell you a wallet.

The questions worth asking
What exactly is behind the paywall?
The count-back timeline, the make-ahead list, the print layout and the removal of the watermark. The quantity sheet itself — how much of everything to make — is on the free tier, twice a month. So is the leftovers estimate, and so is the list of what we cannot know.
Is anything about food safety or allergens behind the paywall?
No, and it never will be. The food safety notice, the allergen notice and the list of things we cannot know appear in full on every plan including the free one. They are never watermarked over, never truncated, never collapsed and never gated. Those three are the only genuinely risky pieces of information on this site, and putting a price in front of them would be indefensible.
Can I buy extra credits when I run out?
No. There are no credit packs, no top-ups and no stored value of any kind. An allowance is a usage allowance: it is not money, it cannot be cashed out and it is not transferable. If you run out, you can move up a tier or wait for the reset at the start of the next period. Unused allowance does not carry over.
How do I cancel?
Two clicks on the billing page — the same two it took to start. No phone call, no email to support, no retention flow. You keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. Your statutory 14-day right, and the fresh 14 days we give after every renewal, are on cancellation.
Is VAT included?
Yes. Every price on this site includes VAT at the UK standard rate of 20%. The figure you see is the figure that leaves your account.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your account drops to the free tier. Nothing you have saved is deleted, and anything you already printed is yours. You just stop getting new timelines until you subscribe again.
