Support

A real address, answered by a person

Write to support@futureplatetk.shop or call +44 7691944145. Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 UK time. We answer within one business day.

There is no ticket system to argue with and no chatbot in front of it. Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened instead.

What we can help with

  • A quantity that looks wrong to you — tell us the four inputs and what you expected.
  • Billing, invoices, VAT receipts, changing or cancelling a plan.
  • Exporting or deleting your data.
  • Anything on this site that is hard to use with a keyboard or a screen reader.
  • Bugs. Especially bugs in the arithmetic — send us the inputs and we will check the working.

What we will not answer

  • Whether anything is safe to eat, in any form the question takes.
  • Anything about allergens, intolerances or whether a dish suits someone.
  • Nutrition, calories or diet, for anybody.
  • Recipes, cooking method, or what to make.

This is not us being unhelpful. We have no way to know any of it, and a confident wrong answer on the first two can put someone in hospital.

Food safety

Anything about whether food is safe to eat needs your national food safety authority, not a portion calculator. When in doubt, throw it out.

Allergens

We can't help with allergens. Ask your guests directly and check every label yourself — a mistake here can be serious.

Numbers only

We don't look at photographs of food. There is no way to upload one here, on purpose — and we give no nutrition, calorie or dietary advice to anyone.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, say so at support@futureplatetk.shop with the word "complaint" in the subject. We acknowledge within one business day and aim to resolve within ten working days.

We are not a member of any alternative dispute resolution scheme. If we cannot resolve it between us, you are free to take the matter to court. If your complaint is about how we have handled your personal data, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk — you do not have to come to us first.
